St Barbe Museum and Art Gallery recently worked with BA (Hons) History Students from Bournemouth University on a project to support them in becoming Public Historians.
The project looked at the role of the Home Front in the New Forest during World War II. The original plan was to create a mini exhibition to display in community halls across the rural villages of the New Forest but the Covid-19 epidemic forced the team to adapt their work into an on-line exhibition.
With thanks to Stephen Brown, Lee Chadwick, Aaron Kamal and Ella Cook for all their hard work.
